Shipping is processed from Monday through Friday, except on holidays. All parcels are sent within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is received.

Delivery delays:

Canada via Canada Post: REGULAR = 2 - 6 business days (without tracking)  |  EXPRESS = 1 - 4 business days (with tracking)

United States via Canada Post or USPS: REGULAR = 4 - 10 business days (without tracking)  |  EXPRESS = 3 - 6 business days (with tracking)

European Union via DHL: 2 - 3 business days (with tracking)

Other destinations via DHL: 2 - 5 business days (with tracking)

Please note that DHL requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel. Customs fees may apply, at the charge of the recipient, for countries other than Canada.
